Many vibration complaints are fit-up problems, not blade quality problems. A diamond blade that sits loosely on the arbor or against uneven flanges will wobble, chip tile edges and fatigue the steel core. Fit-up checks before cutting

Confirm arbor diameter and use the correct reducing bushing if required
Inspect flanges for dirt, burrs and dish deformation
Tighten to the saw maker torque guidance; do not over-crush soft bushings
Spin the blade by hand and watch for lateral runout before starting the motor

If vibration appears mid-job, stop and re-seat the blade. Continuing with a bent core risks segment loss. Keep a small set of common bushings in the truck for 20 mm and 22.23 mm arbors.
